Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You're a real estate agent or team leader doing $1M or more a year in GCI.
  • Your commission checks come in big and uneven, and nobody withholds a dime for taxes.
  • Your GCI went up this year, but your bank balance didn't follow.
  • Your CPA files your return every spring but doesn't plan anything with you before December 31st.
  • Your books are a few months behind, or business and personal money still run through the same account.
  • You set up an S corp years ago and nobody has looked at it since.
  • You want one team to run your books, payroll, tax planning and filing for you.

This Is Not For:

  • Agents doing under $1M a year in GCI.
  • Investors who own rentals but don't run an agent or team business.
  • Anyone who only wants a return prepared once a year, with no bookkeeping or planning.
  • Anyone who'd rather keep business and personal money in the same account.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How our in-house team of tax accountants, bookkeepers and account managers takes the money side of your business off your plate.

We Clean Up Your Books

We split business and personal money, starting with a dedicated business bank account, reconcile every account, and our bookkeepers work in your books every week from then on.

We Find The Deductions You're Missing

Our tax team checks your business against the 107 deductions we've identified for agents this year, from mileage and MLS dues to marketing, and puts every one that applies into your plan.

We Fix How You're Set Up

We review your entity setup, run your S corp payroll so you take a reasonable salary the IRS expects, and handle W-2s, 1099s and state notices for anyone on your team.

We Plan With You Every Quarter

We meet with you every quarter, set your estimated payments, true them up in the summer and again toward year end, and move what we can before December 31st.

We Plan Retirement, Rentals And Flips

We plan your retirement contributions and any rentals or flips you own, because the bigger savings usually come from structure and retirement planning, not from any single deduction.

We File Your Return For You

Our tax accountants prepare and file your return with IRS-ready documentation, and a dedicated account manager who understands real estate answers your questions fast, all year long.

As a realtor I have gone through three different accountants. Alchemy of Money has been the very best I have worked with. They found deductions I did not know existed. They saved me an incredible amount of money in taxes because of their thorough knowledge of the tax codes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why not just keep my current CPA?+
Most CPAs are generalists working across many industries, so the deductions and strategies specific to agents can get missed, and most only prepare your return for filing. Filing only reports what already happened. We work only with real estate agents and teams, plan with you all year and file your return too. If you switch, we handle the move for you, from cleaning up your books to taking over your filing.
I already have an S corp. Isn't that enough?+
An S corp can be a great move, and it usually starts to pay off for agents somewhere above $250,000 a year in GCI. But it's one piece, not a plan, and it only works if you run payroll and take a reasonable salary. The bigger savings come from what sits on top of it: your salary versus distributions, your retirement setup, the deductions agents miss and how your properties are recorded.
My books are a mess. Should I clean them up before we talk?+
No. Messy books are the normal starting point, and cleanup is part of what we do. Usually the first change is a dedicated business bank account, then our bookkeepers reconcile what's there and keep it current every week. Many members see cleaner books, or tax savings identified, within their first 90 days.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Most of what cuts your 2026 taxes has to happen by December 31st, and every month your books sit behind leaves less room to plan. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
How much does it cost?+
We don't publish a fee, because it depends on your transaction volume and whether you need bookkeeping alone or books, tax planning and CFO support together. Your fee is quoted up front on the strategy call. Because it's one bundle, it usually costs less than paying for each piece separately.
Do you work with agents in my state?+
Yes. We work with real estate agents and teams in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Our work is built around commission income and real estate tax rules, not tied to one local market.
Who will I actually work with?+
An in-house, full-time team of tax accountants, bookkeepers and account managers who only serve agents and teams, plus one dedicated account manager who knows your business. Brandon Green, who has been in real estate since 2001 and co-founded Keller Williams Capital Properties, built the firm with his co-founder Shane Feldman.
What happens on the strategy call?+
We start with your production: your GCI this year and last, and how it splits between you, your brokerage and your team. Then we look at who keeps your books, who files your return, your S corp and payroll, and what you've paid the IRS so far this year. You'll leave knowing where your taxes are leaking and what can still change before December 31st.
One Last Step

Want To See What You Can Still Change Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, we look at your GCI, your books, your S corp and what you've paid in so far this year. You'll leave knowing where your taxes are leaking and what our team would take off your plate.
